Internal Complaint Committee on Sexual Harassment
Station wise Internal Complaints Committees are hereby constituted consisting the following officers and officials as tabulated in the following table for the administrative charge of Pr. Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, North Eastern Region, Guwahati in compliance to the guidelines of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Vishaka and Others Vs. The State of Rajasthan [(1997) 6 SSC 241, AIR 1997 SC 3011] and as per the provisions laid down in the “Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013:
